My changes aren’t saving, or the preview isn’t updating
Look at the indicator at the top of the screen: Saving…, Saved or Not saved. “Not saved” means the connection failed; the editor tries again by itself.
- Look at the indicator at the top: Saving…, then Saved. If it says Not saved, the connection failed: the editor tries again by itself every few seconds.
- Check your network and leave the tab open until it says “Saved”.
- A “Your session has expired” message? Sign in again: what was saved is safe, only your very latest changes need redoing.
“This page was changed elsewhere”: you (or your other half) changed the page from another device. Choose Show the online version (your latest unsaved changes are lost) or Keep my version (it replaces the online version).
Hasn’t the guest page changed? It follows the saving: wait for “Saved”, then ask the guest to reload their page.
